We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and manage the operations at our Milton Keynes Digital Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in complex operational management, particularly on sites with multi-user contracts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively drive efficiency, optimize processes, and ensure that operational goals are met.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

People Leadership: Champion team engagement and foster ownership, ensuring alignment with our shared vision while inspiring and empowering team members.

Operational Leadership: Oversee a safe, world-class operation focused on continuous improvement to delight our customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a variety of complex customer needs, negotiations and issue resolution, identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships.

Complex Problem Solving: Foster collaboration to deliver integrated solutions to complex challenges, ensuring clear communication and driving transformational change.

High-Performance Culture: Cultivate a culture of respect and excellence, managing a matrix environment and focusing on developing management capabilities through coaching and professional development.
