Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to make the next step in your career?

We are looking for a first class leader who is driven to deliver performance through all departments and above all ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction for our customers. The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are values and goals driven and have the ambition to work and passionate about the brand. We are offering a £60,000 basic salary with an OTE of £90,000 and company car!
You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring the operational excellence of the business while driving finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills and a track record to prove so as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure that everyone works in a professional and safe environment.
You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to our customers that meet their needs, protect them from harm, and is likely to result in them returning for future business. You must act with integrity at all times and build trust. You will have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in new and used vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer centric results. Working closely with our colleagues in the business to build long term customer loyalty is as ever our goal.
