Are you a passionate front-end developer with an eye for detail and a flair for creating exceptional user experiences? We’re looking for a talented individual to join our Creative Team as a Front-End Developer, helping us bring fully responsive, interactive school websites to life using our proprietary CMS.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, creative environment where every website is bespoke. You’ll be working closely with our Design, Front-End, Back-End, and Production Teams to ensure that each website not only meets client expectations—but exceeds them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building fully responsive websites based on custom designs using our in-house CMS.
  • Collaborating with the Design Team to interpret and bring client visions to life.
  • Supporting the Production Team to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Attending internal and client meetings via MS Teams to contribute ideas and updates.
  • Testing and health-checking websites across browsers and devices.
  • Helping maintain and improve our existing portfolio of client websites.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in front-end development or creating responsive websites.
  • Solid skills in HTML5 and CSS3/SCSS; basic JavaScript knowledge.
  • A working understanding of design and UX tools such as Adobe XD (or similar).
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ASP Classic,
  • Desirable: Awareness of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.2),
  • Desirable: Understanding of current front-end trends and development technologies.
