The Role:

We’re seeking strategic and creative freelance Social Content Creators to develop impactful, insight-driven ideas that deliver measurable results across our clients’ social platforms.

This is a highly creative freelance opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning insights into standout social campaign ideas that perform.

The Responsibilities:

• Bring fresh, original social ideas to life through creative ideation and concept development.
• Create original social content ideas that align with client goals, fit each platform’s style, and balance strategy with creativity.
• Regularly monitor social trends, platform updates, and creator content to help inform the way we approach our projects.
• Stay deeply plugged into platform updates, best practices, and cultural trends to proactively pitch ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and performance objectives.
• Develop copy and scripts, pitching creative concepts internally and to clients, clearly articulating the “why” behind each idea.
• Develop social-first creative concepts that build on and complement larger brand campaign projects.
• A proactive thinker who shares ideas, suggests improvements, and is excited to come up with new social concepts and try fresh techniques.

The Person:

• 3+ years in a content creation or social creative role, preferably within an agency, freelance, or production environment.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing social-first content.
• Experience in graphics for social-first content.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and audience behaviour.
• Strong storytelling, ideation, copywriting, and video production skills.
• A strong communicator who is articulate in presenting ideas and collaborating with clients and creative teams.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, including their content norms, formats, and creative opportunities.
• Confidence presenting work to clients and collaborating effectively across projects.
• Able to manage multiple freelance assignments and adapt quickly to evolving briefs and priorities.
