This role is focused on ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability across our owned and hired vehicle fleet. You’ll play a key role in supporting vehicle maintenance, supplier relationships, and day-to-day fleet processes.
Working closely with internal teams, couriers, and external suppliers, you’ll help maintain accurate records, manage fleet-related queries, and support ongoing improvements within the fleet function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day‑to‑day management of the CitySprint fleet, including owned and hired vehicles
- Managing Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processes, ensuring accurate records and cost control
- Monitoring vehicle maintenance, MOTs, repairs, and supplier performance
- Supporting damage processes and liaising with repair centres to manage costs effectively
- Maintaining accurate fleet data across systems (e.g. MID, Prohire, telematics platforms)
- Assisting with insurance administration and claims handling processes
- Supporting service centres, couriers, and operational teams with fleet-related queries
- Monitoring telematics data and supporting driver behaviour and compliance initiatives
- Contributing to fleet reporting, highlighting trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Supporting compliance requirements, including FORS standards and audit preparation
- Assisting with supplier relationships, including hire providers, insurers, and maintenance partners
- Supporting continuous improvement and fleet electrification initiatives across the business
- Experience within fleet operations, logistics, or a similar environment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing, insurance, or compliance processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends or issues
- Experience working with operational systems and Microsoft Office tools
- A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
- Confidence supporting both internal teams and external suppliers
- Experience with telematics, PCNs, claims, or compliance frameworks (desirable)
