Job Mission
As a Finance Assistant, you will be integral to our financial operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your key responsibilities will encompass performing bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records, processing supplier payments promptly, supporting financial reporting activities, managing debt collection to sustain cash flow, and investigating any unexplained financial anomalies to ensure clarity and accuracy in our financial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process supplier payments efficiently and accurately.
- Provide support for financial reporting activities.
- Manage debt collection processes to maintain cash flow.
- Conduct finance investigations to resolve unexplained anomalies.
Preferred Competencies
- Essential:
- Experience in finance roles.
- Some formal financial education.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
- Background in financial education is advantageous.
