What You’ll be Doing at Kerakoll
- Extracting data from various internal systems and databases for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Cleaning, validating, and transforming raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Creating and maintaining Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Supporting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes with data preparation.
- Working closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Performing ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data governance policies.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, visualisation charts).
- Experience or familiarity with data extraction and transformation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to engage with cross functional stakeholders
- Willingness to take the initiative and solve problems innovatively, quickly and effectively
- Experience with tools such as Power Query, Power BI, SAP, or
- Currently studying AAT or equivalent finance qualification or interested in a career in finance. Study support is available.
- Salary: From £26,000-£28,000 pro-rata to reflect fixed term of 6 months
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00pm, hybrid working available (4 days office, 1 day WFH)
