About Our Team
The Accounting Services Team are a part of the centralised shared services based across several locations in the UK, US and Asia. We are made up of over thirty staff supporting the UK and overseas Agencies covering all aspects of finance, from day-to-day accounting to the preparation of group submissions and dealing with new acquisitions and their integration into the Group.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting high-quality reporting across the Group.
In this role, you will prepare monthly management accounts, contribute to statutory reporting, and support audit processes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight and ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and meaningful.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting high-quality reporting across the Group.
In this role, you will prepare monthly management accounts, contribute to statutory reporting, and support audit processes. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight and ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple group companies, in line with reporting deadlines (local currency and GBP)
- Analyse monthly results and investigate variances
- Review and validate foreign exchange accounting entries
- Build strong working relationships with senior management teams, providing financial insight and support
- Review profitability reports to ensure income and costs are accurately recorded and aligned with expectations
- Line manage and support the development of one team member, including reviewing their work and performance against objectives
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and equivalent submissions for overseas subsidiaries
- Assist with the preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Support the external audit process, including preparation of required data
- Fully qualified ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA accountant, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and discuss financial information with senior stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Sage Intacct (or similar systems) is beneficia
