Finance Operations Change Manager – 9 Month FTC - #64705

We’re recruiting for a Finance Operations Change Manager  to join us on a 9 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary plus car allowance and excellent benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Playing a key role in the finance transformation team focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and process improvements
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to develop new and efficient processes and support growth in new business areas
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance processes
• Monitoring efficiency and ensuring teams are meeting key Service Level Agreements
• Leading innovative solutions to drive forward efficiency and change programmes

Who we're looking for:

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field would be useful but not essential. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
• A track record of delivering success in project and operational management ensuring lessons are learnt and communicated at the end of the project
• Experience and understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders to support projects and bring about positive change
• A background in financial services
