Your Mission
As our Finance Manager, you'll take full ownership of finance operations and ensure we meet high standards of compliance, accuracy, and internal control. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of core processes like payables, receivables, payroll, and statutory reporting, while supporting audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to continue to build the financial backbone of a fast-moving company and play a key role in scaling the business responsibly.

Your Mission
As our Finance Manager, you'll take full ownership of finance operations and ensure we meet high standards of compliance, accuracy, and internal control. You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of core processes like payables, receivables, payroll, and statutory reporting, while supporting audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Things you will be working on…
Finance Operations
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and bank reconciliations
- Manage relationships with our external accountant and payroll provider
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close of the management accounts
- Maintain up-to-date ledgers and reconciliations to support internal and external reporting
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors for year-end processes
- Ensure tax filings (VAT, corporation tax, PAYE) are submitted accurately and on time
- Maintain and improve financial controls, accounting policies, and risk frameworks
- Ensure financial compliance with UK accounting standards (UK GAAP) and regulatory requirements
- Help implement and maintain financial systems and tools as and when needed
- Streamline financial workflows and documentation to improve efficiency and audit readiness
- Support contract review from a finance and billing perspective to ensure alignment with revenue recognition and cost management
- Partner with People Ops on payroll, benefits, and compensation processes
- Provide finance input into operational and commercial processes as needed
- Work with the management team to execute and refine out budgeting and tracking processes
- Have at least 2-4 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology business
- Have strong grounding in core finance operations and UK compliance requirements
- Are part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
- Are confident managing external providers and ensuring quality in outsourced processes
- Have familiarity with cloud-based finance tools like Xero, Dext, Spendesk, Chargebee, or similar
- Are highly organised, process-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable balancing hands-on work with strategic process development
- Shape the operational finance function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
