Finance Director - #151687

We are looking for a Finance Director at Everllence, former MAN Energy Solutions. You will be part of the Senior Management team and contribute directly to the company's success. In this position, you will lead the Finance and Digital/IT team and have overall responsibility for the company’s financial health and strategy. You will provide financial leadership and decision support to the Management team and the wider business and ensure that internal controls, financial systems and reporting processes are operating correctly.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Ensure that the company maximises its EBIT and cash flow potential
• Stewardship of the Company’s balance sheet
• Provide sound financial leadership and advice and ensure that profit improvement opportunities are highlighted and maximised whilst also providing early warning of potential problems
• Ensure that risks are correctly managed, mitigation plans are in place and provisions are appropriate
• Ensure all internal and external financial reporting is relevant, accurate and on time
• Manage all financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring that the outputs are delivered on time and are challenging but realistic
• Manage and lead the finance, IT and SAP teams and ensure the required service levels and KPI’s are met
• Ensure that internal control systems such as ICS and CCM operate effectively and are in line with Group procedures
• Manage and improve financial relationships with 3rd parties, group finance dept. and other Everllence Group companies
• Ensure that the cost base is accurate and appropriate for tendering and decision making
• Ensure that best use is made of the SAP system and that interfaces and reconciliations are correctly monitored and maintained, supporting upgrade project of SAP system
• Ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of appropriate IT systems
• Be a trustee of the pension scheme(s)
• Comply with Code of Conduct, being an ambassador for Integrity and Compliance
• Adhere to all relevant company processes and procedures
• Adhere to all H & S laws/guidelines relevant to your role

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• Senior / No 1 in finance role in a self-accounting UK entity
• Experience of a large corporate multinational
• Experience of manufacturing in an engineer to order environment
• Experience of an aftersales business
• Previously led an IT and or SAP team
• SAP experience
• Professional Accountancy Qualification
• Fluent in English
