Team - Credit Control

- 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Top 3 skills needed for this role:
- Must be computer literate and engaged to learn new systems
- Basic Excel skills and ability to use multiple systems
- Excellent numeracy
To assist in the management of all Health premium debtors, ensuring prompt and appropriate actions are when premiums become due, whilst ensuring all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures are maintained.
Key Actions
- Ensure all identified debtors are contacted in a timely manner using various communication options available.
- Ensure all cheque, EFT and Credit Card payments are allocated to the applicable plan and any shortfalls or overpayments investigated and resolved.
- Ensure all premium refunds are processed accurately and released to the customer in a timely manner.
- Process manual system adjustments (write-off’s and write-back’s) in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the delegated authority authorisation levels have been applied correctly where applicable.
- Active involvement in business incentives and initiatives e.g. month free.
- Assist the business with all type’s of account related queries.
- Provide expert support to both internal and external customers in respect of accounts queries, BACS rules and Direct Debit rules.
- Assist with Quality Assurance checking within the Credit Control team.
