Join our dynamic and forward-thinking Finance Team and unleash your potential with this exceptional opportunity. We are looking to add to our finance team and are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to support our growing business.

The Role

  • Checking and coding of purchase invoices, expenses and company credit cards. Ensuring that they are submitted to Group Finance for processing within agreed timelines
  • Supporting Management Accountants with the raising of Sales Invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders with regular maintenance of outstanding POs to ensure the smooth running of automatic imports into the ledger system
  • Finance post and supplier statement reconciliation
  • Customer Statement production and distribution
  • Credit control
  • Cashbook postings in Oracle
  • Journal posting in Oracle
  • Balance Sheet query investigation and resolution
  • Liaise with other Group Finance departments: Treasury, Payroll, Purchase Ledger as required
  • Support the Finance Team with Echo’s financial processes
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities commensurate with the role
  • Ensuring Supplier Relationship Owners have completed Due Diligence

Essential Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English

Desirable Qualification

A-Levels

Studying towards an appropriate professional qualification such as AAT
