What You Will Do
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in servicing Fire Alarm Systems to meet industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service. We seek proactive engineers who can identify and resolve issues before they arise. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned engineer to join a high-performing team covering the Kent area and supporting our broader team as needed.
How You Will Do It
We are looking for candidates with experience in the Fire industry, particularly in the repair and maintenance of large system. A solid understanding of industry standards, a logical troubleshooting approach, and good computer skills are essential.
Experience in a customer-facing role is required, along with a full clean driving license. You should be comfortable lifting and climbing ladders, working at heights.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed expectations, building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Service devices safely and responsibly to prevent injuries, property damage, and material waste.
- Manage your time efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Accurately complete engineer work reports or checklists as required.
