The Role

As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be key to RFMW’s growth, driving client account expansion, building customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets in your territory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Expand client accounts and secure new business.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with RFMW’s skilled technical sales team, suppliers, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Global Partnerships: Partner with suppliers and sales channels to strengthen RFMW’s top technical solutions provider position.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets while achieving optimal margins and customer satisfaction.


Skills & Experience

  • Technical Sales Expertise: Proven ability to sell complex, technical products, ideally within the RF & Microwave or electronic component industry.
  • Relationship Building: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Skilled in closing deals, negotiating terms, and presenting compelling sales propositions.


Qualifications/License Requirement

  • A degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field is desirable. Extensive RF & Microwave or technical sales experience may also be considered.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory, must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Selection Process

  • Psychometric assessment (Outmatch)
  • A minimum of two interviews with key stakeholders, one may include a presentation.
