The Role We are looking for a driven F&B Supervisor / Champion to take ownership of our food and beverage offer and lead from the front This is more than a supervisory role. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your readiness for management, with a clear expectation that the successful candidate can grow into a future F&B Manager You will:

• Lead day-to-day F&B operations across bar and kitchen
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer experience
• Train, coach, and develop your team
• Drive sales through confident upselling and product knowledge
• Maintain excellent standards in food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution
• Support stock control, HACCP compliance, and rota management
• Work closely with the General Manager to improve performance and profitability

Above all, you will create an environment where both customers and team members enjoy the experience and want to return

About You

• Experience in a hospitality, leisure, or F&B environment (supervisory level preferred)
• A natural leader who takes a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Energetic, engaging, and calm under pressure
• Passionate about team development and customer experience
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of execution
• Commercially aware and motivated to deliver results
• Ambitious and ready to step into a management role in the near future
