Facilities and Compliance Coordinator
Location: Romford
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You Will Do
The role holder will coordinate and support the safe, compliant and efficient operation of site facilities, infrastructure, and non-process assets across Ethypharm.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
You are a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient working environments. You will be confident coordinating facilities tasks, supporting compliance processes, liaising with contractors and internal teams, and ensuring records, checks, and procedures are kept up to date.

What You Will Do
The role holder will coordinate and support the safe, compliant and efficient operation of site facilities, infrastructure, and non-process assets across Ethypharm.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities across the site. Act as the primary contact for facilities-related issues and service requests.
- Coordinate planned and reactive building maintenance activities.
- Arrange and coordinate contractor attendance on site.
- Maintain statutory inspection schedules and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Support compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental and facilities legislation.
- Support facilities aspects relating to warehouse infrastructure.
- Support management of the CCTV system and testing activities.
- Coordinate water draining and utility monitoring.

Basic Skills And Qualifcations
- GCSE Maths and English at grades 4–9, or equivalent.
- Experience coordinating maintenance, contractors, or facilities activities. Experience maintaining records, schedules and compliance documentation.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Understanding of facilities maintenance activities.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in an administrative role within Facilities and Compliance
