As our new External Services Consultant, you play an important role as you would be the interface between Cabot Financial and our external third parties. It’s a great opportunity to have responsibility for several specific suppliers and to handle all processes, actions and queries relating to these suppliers. What You Can Expect As a External Services Consultant
- Salary of £23,809 - £24,394
- Permanent

As our new External Services Consultant, you play an important role as you would be the interface between Cabot Financial and our external third parties. It’s a great opportunity to have responsibility for several specific suppliers and to handle all processes, actions and queries relating to these suppliers. In addition, you will support the team and other internal departments when needed.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Build and maintain day to day relationships with clients, external third parties and internal departments.
- Process incoming data feeds, reports and requests for additional information within SLA.
- Analyse and reconcile data on a regular basis.
- General ad hoc tasks i.e., actioning e-mails, answering calls, and responding to post.
- Additional tasks as allocated by manager.
- Regular contact with vendors and agents as well as internal departments.
- Must have 2 or more years’ experience working in a customer service focused role.
- Knowledge of the litigation process is desirable.
- Excellent ability to analyse and report findings on large volumes of information.
- Excellent communication skills – able to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Good understanding of MS applications including Word and Excel.
- Highly organised and great attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and keep to strict deadlines without difficulty.
- Can take ownership of tasks, use initiative, and demonstrate good judgement.
