About native

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a joined-up marketplace.

Our goal is to increase student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

About the team

The Campaign Delivery team is the execution powerhouse behind native’s ambitious growth and is responsible for executing campaigns that engage students and meet advertiser objectives. We deliver a wide range of activities, including experiential activations, fairs, and digital ad products, collaborating closely with Students' Unions, vendors, and specialist internal sub-functions within Campaign Delivery, such as Logistics, Creative Production, and Staffing. Our team ensures operational excellence through meticulous planning, clear communication, and a supportive, highly-collaborative, internal culture.

Role Overview

As Campaign Delivery Lead, you’ll lead the daily operations of our Experiential Campaign Delivery team with a sharp focus on experiential marketing. You’ll oversee a team of Campaign Managers, guiding them to deliver standout brand experiences, from immersive activations and field marketing to live events and campus takeovers. With a strong grasp of event production and Gen Z engagement, you’ll ensure every campaign runs seamlessly, from initial planning to post-event reporting.

Bridging strategic vision with operational execution, you’ll coordinate resources, troubleshoot in real time, and uphold the highest standards of delivery, on time, on budget, and always on brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, excels under pressure, and knows how to turn creative ideas into unforgettable real-world experiences.

  • Oversee delivery of large-scale experiential campaigns, including events, pop-ups, and interactive installations
  • Line manage and support Campaign Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all live campaigns
  • Be the expert in the room on experiential strategy and delivery, championing creative excellence and operational rigour
  • Work with the Head of Campaign Operations to refine our experiential processes, workflows, and performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including suppliers and brand partners
  • Troubleshoot delivery challenges in real-time, on the ground or remotely, to keep campaigns running smoothly
  • Monitor and manage campaign KPIs, client feedback, and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement
  • Support onboarding, training, and upskilling of team members in experiential best practices

What you'll need

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering experiential campaigns in a fast-paced agency or brand environment
  • Proven leadership experience, managing teams and overseeing complex campaign logistics
  • In-depth knowledge of event production, brand experience design, and on-site execution
  • Impeccable organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills, confident briefing stakeholders, presenting plans, and resolving issues
  • A strong commercial mindset with a passion for creativity, innovation, and cultural relevance
  • Ability to analyse performance data and implement actionable improvements
  • Calm and proactive under pressure, always solution-focused and supportive to your team
