We are looking for two experienced Senior Support Workers to join our Colchester team at Aspirations Care.
You will be responsible for inspiring and supporting our dedicated teams to deliver outstanding care services to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
Full, clean driving licence
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a care or support role
Strong IT skills (Word, email)
Experience supervising staff and managing records
Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care
Passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives

- Lead and inspire the team to ensure services are Well-led, Safe, Caring, Effective, and Responsive.
- Support individuals to be active members of their communities, and help them access education, work, and leisure opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (both electronic and paper-based).
- Complete, review, and update person-centred risk assessments.
- Promote health, safety, and well-being while encouraging positive risk-taking.
- Deliver Person-Centred Active Support practices.
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care.
