As a Executive Lounge Host/Hostess in our team, you will provide a warm and welcoming service to our guests. They play an integral part in the flow and pace of our Executive Lounge and ensure every guest receives a personalised service and has a memorable time.

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their table with professionalism.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance in a helpful and friendly manner.
- Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Very good at multi-tasking and remaining calm under pressure.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
- Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
- Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
