Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to play a key role at the heart of a fast-paced Executive Office?
IC24 is looking for a confident and professional Executive Assistant to support our dynamic Executive Team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the smooth running of the Executive Office, managing key administrative responsibilities with calm efficiency and a structured approach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Team
- Managing complex diaries, emails, and travel arrangements
- Preparing agendas, taking clear and concise minutes, and tracking actions for Executive-level meetings and committees
- Liaising with stakeholders at all levels and managing correspondence on behalf of Executives
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Office – professional, warm, and highly responsive
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a busy office environment
- Confidence in managing sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong IT skills and a keen eye for detail

Location Ashford – Kingston House
Hours Available Full time – 9am-5pm
Term 12 months – start date in September
