Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire (CANNS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Senior Management Team (SMT). This established role plays a key part in enabling the SMT—comprising the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, and People Manager - to focus on strategic leadership by streamlining their operational and administrative responsibilities.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level, confidential support across a broad portfolio of tasks. This includes facilitating internal and external communications, managing diaries and correspondence, and supporting the Trustee Board. The role also involves HR administration, policy coordination, and quality compliance.
