We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Estates Administrator.

About The Role

Your focus as Estates Administrator will be to support the Estates Department in the effective administration of the Company’s portfolio of properties, refurbishments and new developments. The Administrator will work on their own initiative and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, have an excellent telephone manner, be organised and work methodically.

Other Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting the estate and projects management team in the procurement of improvement and refurbishment works, including the collation of capital expenditure requests and raising of purchase orders.
  • Manage the electronic data management system. Ensuring the designs, drawings and information are up to date for new builds and the operational estate and that documents are saved correctly within the database.
  • Ensuring all members of the Estates team are using common documentation and filing information centrally.
  • Answer the Estates phone line to deal with queries and where necessary, allocate the call to the relevant person.
