We are seeking a reliable and organised Equine Insurance & Debt Administrator to join our busy team based at our Equine Clinic at Somerford Park farm. This is a varied administrative role combing insurance claims processing with debt management and general office duties.

How You'll Make a Difference
We are seeking a reliable and organised Equine Insurance & Debt Administrator to join our busy team based at our Equine Clinic at Somerford Park farm. This is a varied administrative role combing insurance claims processing with debt management and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and processing Equine insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Liasing with insurance companies, clients and Veterinary staff
- Managing debt administration, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on payments.
- Maintaining accurate financial and client records.
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with client enquires in a professional manner.
- Supporting general office administration as required.

- Previous administrative experience essential.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Competent in basic IT systems and office software.
- Equine Knowledge an advantage.
