English Graduate Teaching Assistant £75 - £85 per day Immediate start – July 2024 Secondary school, Wolverhampton Supporting English through KS3 & KS4 As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our vibrant and dynamic classroom, contributing to both English teaching and student achievement. Students can progress their academic careers while receiving significant experience in this profession.
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work in tandem with the English department to create and execute engaging lesson plans that meet the requirements of each and every student. Additionally, you will support classroom teachers by giving pupils one-on-one help and summarising key ideas. Lastly, by offering helpful criticism and emphasising areas that need work, you will support the evaluation and grading of student assignments.
This position is in a Wolverhampton secondary school that is rated "GOOD" and is conveniently close to all major roads and transport hubs. You will work with experienced teachers who will go above and above to support you during your stay if you enlist in this institution. You will also take part in specialised CPD training sessions that address knowledge gaps in themes like positive framing and adaptive teaching.
