You will play a crucial role in our lively and dynamic classroom as an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, supporting English students in their studies. This position is a fantastic way for students to advance their academic careers while gaining valuable experience. Working with the English department to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of every student is just one of your responsibilities as a graduate teaching assistant in the language arts.
Other duties include providing classroom teachers with one-on-one assistance to students and reinforcing essential concepts, as well as assisting with the assessment and grading of student assignments by providing constructive criticism and highlighting areas that require improvement. This job is at a Wolverhampton secondary school that has received a "GOOD" rating and is easily accessible by all major highways and public transport lines.
