The role:

As a Engineering Project Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Lead Projects: Manage teams and resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with Johnson Matthey’s project processes.
  • Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: Align with stakeholders on responsibilities and timelines; engage and manage internal and external contractors.
  • Monitor & Deliver: Track progress, control risks, and ensure smooth handover of assets to Operations with all required documentation and training.
  • Develop & Improve: Drive continuous improvement, support team and personal development, and enhance project execution capabilities.


Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering Subject
  • Chartered Engineer
  • Significant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strategic Influencing
