We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Employment Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in helping people with mental health needs sustain and succeed in employment.
In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with individuals and employers, providing tailored support that enables people to overcome workplace challenges, build confidence, and achieve their employment goals. From recruiting participants onto the Workable (NI) Programme and developing personalised action plans, to coordinating training and facilitating workplace support, you'll be at the heart of delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong organisational abilities, and a genuine commitment to supporting people with mental health needs. Experience in client-facing support, case management, employment services, health and wellbeing, or a related field would be advantageous. The ability to manage a varied caseload, maintain accurate records, and work effectively with a range of stakeholders is essential.
