ROLE: Electrical Supervisor
HOURS: Full-time
LOCATION: Pembury, Tunbridge Wells

We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor who will lead day-to-day electrical maintenance operations within a critical hospital environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and uninterrupted service delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship.
• Lead and support a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring adherence to electrical standards and safety procedures.
• Manage faults, breakdowns, testing, and inspections, particularly across critical hospital systems such as ICU and emergency power.
• Act as Authorised Person (AP) for LV/HV systems, overseeing safe isolations, switching operations, and permit control.
• Promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with Permit to Work and LOTO procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
• Experience operating LV/HV systems with at least 5 years in electrical maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (AP certification or willingness to train preferred).
