Our Pippa’s House Day Nursery in Esher, is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.

Location and Travel

Our flourishing day nursery is set within the beautiful grounds of Sandown Park Racecourse, conveniently located for families in Esher, Cobham, Hinchley Wood and the surrounding Surrey area. Surrounded by open green space yet easily accessible, the location makes drop-offs and pick-ups simple for families.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure that the children’s individual needs are identified and met
  • Supervise and support the children at all times
  • Carry out a wide range of interactive tasks including reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies
  • Act as a positive, practical role model for the children
  • Develop friendly, professional relationships with staff members and parents
  • Ensure you fully understand and follow Safeguarding Procedures
  • Work towards gaining your Early Years qualification in a supportive and professional environment with hands-on experience
