Are you a creative digital storyteller with a passion for education? Do you thrive on turning learning objectives into engaging, interactive experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic E-Learning Content Creator to join our forward-thinking team and help shape the future of professional development for UK schools.

As an E-Learning Content Creator, you’ll design and develop on-demand CPD modules that are both visually engaging and instructionally sound. You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and use tools like Moodle and Adobe Creative Suite to bring content to life in a way that resonates with educators.

The Role

• Work with subject experts to gather and structure content
• Design and build interactive e-learning modules within Moodle
• Create multimedia-rich content using text, imagery, infographics, and video
• Ensure excellent quality control, grammar, and consistency
• Present content clearly—via voiceovers, video embeds, or onscreen narration
• Receive full training on our platforms and tools
  
  

About You

• Experience with Moodle or similar Learning Management Systems
• Strong visual design skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory
• Excellent content writing, editing, and research skills
• Confident in presenting or narrating content
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience developing CPD content for the education sector
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Basic audio/video editing skills
