About The Role
As an E-commerce Implementation Specialist at Base.com, you’ll play a key role in helping new clients seamlessly integrate with our platform. You’ll work closely with merchants from around the world, guiding them through onboarding, system configuration, and best practices to ensure their success.

About The Role
As an E-commerce Implementation Specialist at Base.com, you’ll play a key role in helping new clients seamlessly integrate with our platform. You’ll work closely with merchants from around the world, guiding them through onboarding, system configuration, and best practices to ensure their success.
Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience implementing SaaS e-commerce solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience configuring and managing online stores
What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding
- Customize SaaS solutions to meet diverse e-commerce needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Sales) to optimize customer experience
- Provide training and support to empower clients to maximize platform potential
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes
