The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions EMEA division leads the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses and institutions. Our offering includes doors, door and window hardware, locks, access control and service. The division has an annual turnover of over €2 billion and over 12,000 employees, with commercial and operational activities managed through 5 Business Areas across UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa & India.

The division has an annual turnover of over €2 billion and over 12,000 employees, with commercial and operational activities managed through 5 Business Areas across UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa & India.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with divisional and local colleagues to drive e-commerce growth initiatives
- Support regions with creating and executing their online e-commerce activation plans
- Work with development teams to business case and implement new features and functionality for websites.
- Develop case studies and best practices across all channels, ensuring products are displayed consistently well across online touchpoints through online merchandising
- Act as a “super user” in e-commerce activation tools – Adobe Commerce, HCL Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager
- Gather and define requirements for new product and campaign launches and take responsibility for reporting on outcomes and overall performance
- Experience working with commerce channels with an understanding of how to manage and track sales performance
- Working experience with website and e-commerce CMS tools, Adobe Commerce (Magento) preferable
- Experience managing product data and content on websites
- Strong understanding of direct to consumer marketing and content and experience working with cross functional teams to activate e-commerce sales channels
- Experience with launching projects and products on e-commerce websites
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate numerical data and findings into actionable recommendations and meaningful insights to improve trading performance.
- Ability to identify and flag issues or identify improvements in process
- Highly motivated self-starter, who's organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly; ability to keep on top of all requirements with multiple ongoing workstreams.
- Able to build strong relationships, with great interpersonal written and verbal communication
- A “roll sleeves up” attitude
- Good team player with experience working with virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel if needed up to 10% of the role.
