We're now looking for a HGV Driver / Dray Person to play a key role at the centre of our drinks delivery operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Completing between 10-17 deliveries of alcoholic drinks to pubs
- Manual handling kegs and barrels weighing up to 120 kgs multiple times a day, working with a driver's mate
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Regular completion of vehicle checks
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Ideally have a minimum of 6 months recent driving experience
- Are comfortable with manual handling items such as kegs and barrels
