Your Role
- Lead DE&I Initiatives: Make a positive impact on employee experience across Siemens UK & Ireland.
- Create Engaging Content: Develop DE&I communications and work closely with employee networks.
- Collaborate: Support recruitment marketing for external DE&I promotion and marketing campaigns.
- Manage Content: Oversee DE&I content on internal Learning Channels and knowledge boards.
- Analyse and Improve data sets: Recommend improvements for DE&I communications effectiveness and drive business decisions.
- Education: Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant business-related subject.
- Passion: Eager to make a difference, curious, and analytical.
- Creativity: A thinker who challenges the status quo and brings new ideas.
- Enthusiasm: Loves people and numbers, capable of working independently.
- Team Player: Confident, communicative, and ready to take on various tasks.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
