Are you passionate about digital inclusion and empowering communities through technology? Do you have experience in teaching or facilitating digital skills training? Join us at BCHA, a specialist housing, learning, and support provider, as we partner with the Digital Skills Hub Boscombe to deliver a transformative Community Digital Training Project.
About The Project
This initiative tackles digital exclusion across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole (BCP), offering three levels of digital skills training – Beginner, Intermediate, and Intermediate Plus. Each course runs for five weeks and is designed to build participants' digital confidence, enhance their employability, and foster independence in the digital world.
We’re looking for a Facilitator who can:

Requirements:
Experience in digital skills training, adult education, or community engagement
Strong knowledge of common digital tools (email, internet safety, Microsoft Office, job search platforms, etc.)
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
A flexible, learner-centered approach
Knowledge of the local BCP area is a bonus!
Other information:
Days: Monday, Thursday and the other half day is yet to be agreed.
