About you:

This role sits within the Account Management team of our Enterprise Resource Planning Division. You’ll have an outgoing attitude, willingness to learn and a resilient mindset. Your role will be hybrid and you will therefore be expected to be in the Loughborough office a minimum of 3 days per week. Within the ERP Division, we have a large portfolio of products, with the opportunity to grow and succeed alongside a fast-growing team.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Handle a large volume of client queries on a daily basis
• Build a multi-level relationship with key stakeholders within a business
• Host meetings at all levels with customers
• Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team
• Always provide the highest level of customer service to our customers
• Organise monthly or quarterly account reviews for your customer base

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in selling software is preferable however not a necessity.
• A strong sales/account management background is essential
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth
• A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude
• An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
