Role Description
You will lead the direction and delivery of our Digital Platform, driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution while ensuring platform performance, innovation, and alignment with business goals across all digital channels.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Change teams, and technology partners to prioritise enhancements, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and champion continuous improvement in user experience and broker engagement, ensuring all developments meet commercial, technical, and regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid role based in our Guilford office, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £75,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You
- Defining the strategic vision for the Digital Platform, ensuring alignment with Digital Trading goals and driving continuous innovation and competitive positioning.
- Overseeing platform operations and performance across all channels by partnering with internal teams and external providers to ensure reliability, seamless integration, and cost-effectiveness.
- Leading the development and rollout of new platform features and enhancements, prioritising initiatives that support business growth, efficiency, and improved broker experiences.
- Enhancing user experience and engagement by applying data insights, feedback, and industry best practices to boost platform adoption and GWP throughput.
- Monitoring platform performance through clear KPIs, and managing platform-related budgets, licences, and transactional costs in collaboration with Finance.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for differentiation across our digital trading channels.
- Engaging stakeholders across the business and beyond, ensuring strong collaboration, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous training and knowledge sharing.
- Strategic vision and commercial acumen, with the ability to align digital initiatives to business goals and drive innovation.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms and products, including user journeys, feature development, and multi-channel integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- A data-driven mindset, using analytics and performance metrics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven project and change management experience, with the ability to lead initiatives through to successful delivery in complex environments.
- A strong focus on user experience and engagement, especially in digital broker journeys or B2B contexts.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements and risk management, including experience with contracts, governance, and compliance.

- Experience in the commercial e-trading space with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
