Led by Dave Penney, Chief Communications and Marketing Officer. This broad business unit and incorporates the following functions:
For UCAS Media, our business objective is to generate revenue through paid collaborations with higher education providers who wish to improve their position in the market, and commercial brands who want to reach students. All brands wishing to use our media ecosystem and insight services must align with our framework. All profits generated are gift aided to UCAS the charity and in turn fund the charitable objectives, such as our recent announcement that students in receipt of free school meals will no longer need to pay the UCAS application fee.

About The Role
The Marketing Campaigns and Innovation Manager will lead strategic marketing projects and introduce innovative strategies to enhance the charity's adoption of new technologies.
The successful candidate will collaborate across the charity and media teams to ensure effective campaign integration of new technologies, maximising visibility, adoption, and engagement to enable the charity to deliver effective, impactful campaigns.
Reporting to the IAG Director, they will work closely with charity marketing and product teams, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to keep them updated on marketing innovations and strategies.
The role involves identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance marketing and communications delivery, staying abreast of market trends, and communicating effectively with a broader range of colleagues to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Demonstrate a track record of developing campaigns for a wide range of channels.
- Ability to innovate and introduce new marketing strategies and technologies.
- Knowledge on current with marketing trends and technologies.
- Ability to analyse market data to inform innovative marketing decisions.
- Understanding of behaviour change campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Skilled at developing content for written and visual channels, including social media content.
- Highly creative and excellent at problem-solving.
- Experience in leading innovations, supporting and upskilling colleagues through insightful conversations and mentorship.
- Experience of working with CRM to ensure personalised campaigns
- Significant experience of communications, marketing, and stakeholder management.
- Experience of managing multiple, complex campaigns.
- Experience of working in a fast moving environment.
- Experience of liaising with internal and external suppliers and customers on a regular basis.
Salary - up to £55,000
