We’re currently invested in ensuring a fast and easy way to shop for insurance, as well as optimising our agent-facing experience to help carriers work smart and fast to provide the best deals.

We’re looking for a Digital Designer who can join our small and energetic team, focusing on elevating the brand of our product marketing and internal communications. In this role you’ll learn and grow through mentoring and support, as well as have the room to use your curiosity and self starting nature to crack on.

What You’ll Do

• Bring ideas to life, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate the teams’ thoughts into creative and engaging digital assets
• Support the development of our brand guidelines
• Create presentations for our teams to communicate and promote our products and services to insurance agents and carriers
• Review and collaborate on creative briefs to ensure all requirements are captured and understood
• Ideate through sketching, mock-ups, storyboards & prototypes - supporting the team with conceptualisation and storytelling
• Use motion and interaction design to guide users through our products whilst elevating the brand experience
• Deliver a range of online and offline visual assets including infographics, banners, user journeys, flyers and email templates
• Believe in a culture of feedback and actively seek out feedback on your work and approaches
• Be an active figure in our design community, collaborating in our design routines, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and improvement
  
  

Who we are looking for Essential Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years experience designing digital communications
• Education in Graphic Design, Marketing Design or visual design related disciplines
• Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
• Strong skills in typography, layout and accessibility
• Meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency
• Comfortable with online and print design
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing internal utility tools for business users
• Understand fundamentals of designing for Web
• Ability to support development of Design Systems
