You care deeply about how things look, how they work, and how they feel. You understand that strong UI design isn't just about aesthetics—it's about clarity, consistency and craft. Whether it's a responsive web platform, campaign landing page, or native app interface, you know how to bring experiences to life through visual design.

Duties include:

  • Design high-quality, accessible and responsive user interfaces across a range of
  • breakpoints.
  • Translate UX concepts into polished, production-ready visuals.
  • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, engineers, content and brand teams to deliver
  • a joined-up experience.
  • Champion accessibility and visual inclusivity in all your work.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback on other designers’ UI work.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and emerging tools.
  • Balance design consistency with the flexibility to adapt to different brands

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience designing interfaces for websites, apps or digital services.
  • A portfolio that shows beautiful, usable, accessible design across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working within or developing a design system.
  • Strong knowledge of layout, typography, interaction design and accessibility.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Figjam, Sketch and Adobe CC.
  • An understanding of front-end capabilities and how UI design integrates into development.

We believe in the right tools for the task, but we use Figma for most UI design and prototyping. Experience with these (or equivalents) will help you hit the ground running.

Benefits

  • Work at an award-winning agency with smart people who have a huge variety of skills.
  • Lovely offices in The Shore, Edinburgh, and Canal Street, Manchester.
  • Flexible hours and opportunity to work from home.
  • Regular, company-wide learning sessions, meetups, and talks.
