- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards
- Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day
- Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best
- Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment
- A strong team player with the confidence to step up and lead
- A passion for coaching and developing others
- Pride in delivering a great customer experience and high standards
- A hands-on attitude - ready to get involved in all areas of the store
