Job requirements

The Role:

As a vital part of our team, you'll work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that our clients receive top-tier service within agreed upon parameters. Your role will involve maintaining efficiency and effectiveness while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines

What you will be doing:

- Collaborating with your team to ensure adherence to internal procedures, pension legislation, and service standards
- Assisting the Team Leader in workload management to optimize efficiency and address any obstacles hindering team performance
- Coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to promptly resolve service issues
- Working alongside our client relationship management team to efficiently handle resources and meet client expectations
- Contributing to the development and training of team members to meet both company standards and individual career aspirations
- Generating timely Administration reports for clients and addressing any related queries
- Providing support in the complaints procedure process, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation as needed

What we are looking for:

- Proficiency in DB (Defined Benefit) pensions administration, legislation, and regulation
- Some experience in supervision or management, with a knack for effective coaching and development
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and monitor tasks within your team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and pension administration systems
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- A PMI qualification would be advantageous

This role will ideally be aligned to an Aptia Office in the UK on a hybrid-working basis. Other flexible working options may be considered by exception
