What You’ll Be Doing
“Working for a 7 surgery practice has its challenging days, it does get quite busy, but I thoroughly enjoy it. I enjoy working here because of the people I work with and the patient rapport I have built over the years. Recently been awarded Employee of the Month – Runner up, which was very unexpected. I am always supported by the Practice Manager and the team, the Practice Manager will always go out of their way to help, no favour is too big or too small. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
- Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
- Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
- Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
- Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
- Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
- A team player who thrives on helping others
