THE ROLE
The role will actively add value to our customers and lead the Demand Planning team to work collaboratively with our customer relationships. This will require a mix of step change activities combined with strong processes, continuous improvement, and action-oriented reporting. This role will be the Demand Planning subject matter expert for the business and will be key in designing and delivering the best possible Demand function, with a particular focus on process efficiency, customer service excellence and impactful reporting.
We are seeking an exceptional people manager with outstanding interpersonal skills to lead the Demand Planning Team to deliver an accurate business demand forecast. You will play a critical role in enhancing forecast accuracy and delivering superior service to our customers through effective leadership and team management. Your teams planning will ensure that our supply and manufacturing operations are aligned with market demands, meaning our customers get what they want, when they want it. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and supply chain to drive operational efficiency and meet customer expectations.
The Candidate
You will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for enhancing team dynamics and driving performance. Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting & S&OP processes is essential and a natural passion for analysing and interpreting data to make it meaningful for others is a must. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with impact across functions and with external customers is essential. The role holder will have a passion for giving excellent service to our customers and put them at the heart of all they do.
