The Delivery Technician, working closely with Customer Care team, will prioritize, handle and implement all dispatches from PUK factory. This is in order to support growth of the business, exceed customer expectations, thus growing customer service, whilst maintaining excellent quality and adherence to trade compliance.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Accurately pick stock items in accordance with the outgoing paperwork ensuring conformance to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipping paperwork, including customs documentation, using prepared templates to deadlines, completion of records, understanding of quality and compliance records, packing of boxes and organizing collections.
- Liaise with the various carriers used for delivery to customers right up to the point of delivery.
- Track deliveries and handle any import clearance delays.
- Use the company computer systems to maintain accurate records, carry out stock transfers and/or adjustments etc.
- Be prepared to undertake any internal/external training as required.
- Be as flexible as possible with working hours at times of heavy workload.
- Deal with dispatches by post or courier.
- Proactively contribute to crafting a good team environment.
- Anticipate and overcome obstacles in the performance of duties.
- Be resilient, optimistic and open to change.
- Train and supervise Junior Delivery Technician.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Extensive experience of standard stores and delivery processes.
- Good awareness of Health and Safety.
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- PC skills commensurate with the requirement of the post.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
