Deli Team Member
Pay rates ranging from £11.90 - £13.25 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.
Part-time position available at 16 hours per week, working within the hours of 6:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

Our Deli’s are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen- from preparing delicious food, delivering first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

As Deli Team Member you will:
  • Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
  • Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
  • Keeping prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
  • Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
  • Don’t worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we’ll provide you with all the right training.
  • Above all we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience!

Working Hours
Part-time position available at 16 hours per week, working within the hours of 6:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift pattern in further detail at Interview.
