Dovehaven Care Homes are Recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Callands, Callands Road, Warrington. Working DAYS 7am- 7pm on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required. 44hr & 33hr Contract available.

Your Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence. You’ll support with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
  • Motivate and support individuals to engage in meaningful activities
  • Promote dignity, choice, and independence
  • Implement care plans and behaviour support strategies
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Uphold accountability through accurate documentation and reflective practice

What You Bring

  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and PBS (training provided)
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
