As Data Analyst you will effectively deliver tailored campaign selections, actionable insights, and comprehensive campaign data to the Travis Perkins Group Marketing and Digital teams. This includes ensuring timely and accurate communication of customer performance metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders across the wider business, enabling data-driven decision making and enhancing customer engagement strategies.
This role is Hybrid working, so travel to our Travis Perkins head office based in Northampton is required twice a week!

Principal Accountabilities:
- To provide insight and campaign data to Brand owners as requested.
- To be the custodian of all customer data; ensuring GDPR principles are adopted for all campaigns
- Ensure RoPas and DPIAs are all completed in line with company policy
- To interrogate data and trends in order to highlight areas of concern; use customer data to drive sales and margin performance for the company
- To attend briefing meetings with stakeholders and marketing planning teams in order to align campaign data to campaign objectives
- To provide insight on all marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns
- To develop a customer data dashboard that can be shared across the business, assuring that both finance and marketing data is aligned
- To provide skilled, technically competent input and support on all aspects of data and insight. Keeping up to date with the latest technologies in data management
- Degree in a numerate subject
- Previous experience in data analysis
- Ability to use data software to interrogate information
- Presenting to multiple stakeholders
- Able to communicate effectivelyExcellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Able to interpret a single minded proposition and brief
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactive/problem solving
- Knowledge of different software packages and understanding of how data lakes etc are structured
